Your reports live on your phone.

Your finished reports stay on your device. You have 30 days to make changes; then the report finalizes and the recording, unused photos, full location trace, and processing data behind it are deleted from the cloud. Any link you share expires after 60 days, and you can send a new one any time. Delete a personal report and it's gone from your phone and our servers. Privacy isn't a setting — it's the default.

What is Report6?

Report6 (also written Report 6, at Report6.ai) is an AI field report app for iPhone and Android. You walk a site and talk about what you see; the app captures photos and your GPS path, transcribes your narration, and turns it into a photo-mapped PDF report with findings and action items. It is built and operated by Patrol 6, Inc.

Do I need any special hardware?

No. Report6 runs on your iPhone or Android phone — the phone is the camera, the microphone and the GPS. Nothing to buy, nothing to carry.

What kinds of reports does it make?

Anything you'd normally walk and write up: property and home inspections, incident reports, vehicle and equipment walkarounds, damage and claim assessments, and general site walkthroughs.

Do I have to build a checklist or template first?

No. Pick a built-in template such as Property Inspection, Construction Punch List or General Site Walkthrough, or choose Free-form and just walk and talk. There is no checklist to fill out. In a company (Enterprise) workspace, the app shows the templates your company has approved.

How do I share a finished report?

Prepare the report as a PDF or a DOCX file, or share it with a link that expires after 60 days. You can also send observations to the people who need to act on them.

Where do my photos and recordings go?

They stay on your device. To build the report we process them in the cloud. You can change the report for 30 days after it's ready; when it finalizes, the recording, the photos you didn't use, the full location trace, and processing data are deleted from the cloud, while the finished report and its chosen photos stay so you can share or export it any time. If you share a report by link, that link expires after 60 days, and you can send a new one any time. Delete a personal report in the app and it's permanently deleted from your phone and our servers, and its link stops working; delete your account and all of it goes. (Company reports stay under the company's control.) Your library is yours.

Yes. Report6 for Android is on Google Play.

When can I get it?

Now. Report6 is on the App Store for iPhone in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand, and on Google Play for Android.

Does Report6 work for companies and teams?

Yes. Companies use a Report6 Enterprise workspace: sign in to your organization's workspace at enterprise.report6.ai to review reports, recipients, templates and assignments. The company controls access to its workspace and the reports submitted there. For an Enterprise login, contact sales@patrol6.com.
